Vincent Valentine Originally a gun-slinging member of the Turks, back in the days when Shinra Electric Power Company was known as Shinra Manufacturing. The mad scientist Hojo transformed his body into the aberration as it is today. His long slumber in a coffin below Shinra Manor came to an end when he was awakened by Cloud and joined him on his quest to save the world. Vincent is summoned to a celebration in the town of Kalm by Reeve Tuesti, an old comrade who fought by his side three years ago in the struggle againist Sephiroth. However, the celebration is cut short when it is attacked by the Deepground soliders, and Vincent leaps into action againist the tragedy unfolding around him. This attack will trigger a series of events that will delve deep into Vincent's mysterious past as well as his lost tragic love... |

Yuffie Kisaragi A young ninja from the distant land of Wutai. Three years ago she became entangled with Cloud and his companions during her search for materia. She is away from her homeland and has been (somewhat) forced into joining the World Regenesis Organization (WRO). She is in charge of espionage and intelligence gathering. |

Cait Sith A self-proclaimed fortune-telling robot with a unique accent. He traveled with Cloud's party to see the result of his fortune-telling but was actually a spy controlled by the head of Shinra's Urban Development Department, Reeve Tuesti. However, he was moved by Cloud's actions and became a double spy and loyal party member. After the fall of Shinra Electrice Power Company, he stayed active as an alter ego of one of the members in a group devoted to helping the wolrd to recover, the World Regenesis Organization (WRO). |

Reeve Tuseti The former head of Shinra's Urban Development Department. He indirectly traveled with Cloud's party three years ago by controlling Cait Sith. He is currently serving as the comissioner of the World Regenesis Organization (WRO), a group devoted to helping the planet recover from the Meteorfall tragedy and standing againist those who would threaten the world again. |

Shalua Rui One of the most brilliant scientists of WRO's techincal division. She has been fighting againist Shinra since before joining the WRO. She has a prosethetic arm due to losing her left arm in a previous battle. Some of her internal organs had to be replaced with artificial organs a a result of past struggles. |

Shelke Although her appearance is that of a 10-year old girl, Shelke is actually a member of the Tsviets, an elite Deepground unit. Her specialities inculde the ability to dive into virtual networks and wield two EM sabers in combat. She is workinh closely with Azul in the search for Vincent's whereabouts. |

Azul A member of the Tsviets, his appearence has earned him the title of "Azul the Cerulean." His greatest love is battle, and his awe-inspiring power allows him to wield a takn's cannon as if it were a toy. |

Rosso A member of the Tsviets whose body is stained crimson. She moves with the elegance and speed of a panther, and can shoot airwaves from her hands. She is ferocious and unstable. Her dream is to see the world devoid of all human life. |
