The Dragovian Trials are a subquest for those die-hard Dragon Quest VIII players, there is no benefit to players who seek nothing more than enjoyment, but for others, this is a VITAL task. Essentially the required level neccessity should not be a deciding factor if you have some great equipment and abilites, if not, best to be over level 75. Before even considering taking the battle on, you should reasonate these questions, asking yourself and checking your characters. Whether of not they are suitable beforehand, and if you couldn't beat a boss in the main story. Usually without preperation, you would be eliminated from the Dragovian Trials, before you even started. Making sure that every equiped item will provide usefull to the battles itself. The two main items that this guide advises, is Timbrel or Sage's Stone. Despite these items, use of Tension should be advised as well, unless the party you have is well beyond perfect in stats. In Addition, your Skills learned can have a huge effect on victory in the trials, the skill Dragon Soul, can help you in victor over the Seven dragon forms. Use of Tension usefully and each characters special traits well will result in your victory of course. Healing will be iminent as for the majority of the battles, you will have to play defensivly and heal your party members. Despite that, there is no concrete strategy to deafeat the Dragons.
