Cactuar Village Sidequest
When you recieve the Airship you are then able to travel to any location. At that time when you travel to the Sanubia Desert you can undergo the Cactuar Village Sidequest. To start the sidequest you need to find where the terribly large sandstorm is located. The Southernmost edge you'll find a rock with a cactuar on it. Not a actual one, a picture. Talking to the cactuar will intitiate the quest, the Cactuar will give hints on where each Cactuar is located.
