The Holy Element allows you to travel to any location and cross any Miasam Stream without any need to change the Chalice's Element. In Lynari Desert you can get Holy if you complete these steps.

Get Holy Steps
1. Cast Thunder on the biggest Cactus all the way at the top of the map.
2. Cast Gravity on the tent to the east.
3. Cast Fire on the mushroom looking thing on the cliff. (follow the wall from the tent)
4. Cast Blizzard on the three rocks near the top from smallest to largest.
5. Cast Holy on the plant to the west. (Near entrance)
