Basically the Human advancement for the Black Mage. The Phantasm Skill Abilities damage all enemies, making High MP and Magic necessary for using the Illusionist, Other than the A-Abilities, the only support command for the Illusionist, Half MP is very useful. If you want to make a Fighter/Physical Class unit into a Magic-Wielding bad-ass, I suggest you get Half MP to halve MP use - which is very effective.
