Aya Brea : One of the few survivors of the Eve incident in New York, and the heroine of Parasite Eve 2, Aya is now a monster hunting agent in service to FBI's special Mitochrondrion Investigation & Suppression Team [MIST].

Kyle Madigan : A smart and tough bounty hunter who likes to live life on the edge. Aside from hunting, he is skilled in mnay types of weapons. Formerly a member of the special forces, her became a bounty hunter because of the money and thrill of the hunt.

Ruper Broderick : Prior to his joining MIST, Rupert was a kind and friendly person better known for his clerical skills in the accounting office. After losing his family durng the New York Incident, he threw everything away and joined the MIST organization. Now a skilled hunter, he wages a personal war against the Mitrochondrion creatures, who he attacks with reckless abandon.

Ruper Broderick : Living in the small town of Dryfield, in the high desert of Mojave, Douglas is now the only inhabitant of the abandoned town. An avid gun collector, he is an expert in all types of weapons and armament. With his knowledge of the desert and weapons expertise, Dougals might prove to be useful in the fight against the MNC's.

Pierce Carradine : Although a young and impetous agent, Pierce is perhaps one of the most important participants in the fight aganst the MNC threat. In charge of MIST training and communication, he is the source for information concerning MNC's and unusal disturbances. Pierce is a valubale agent in the field. However, due to his overzealous approach to his professions, he can sometimes find himself up to his neck in trouble.
